"Hallum had priority for our photographer. It is the largest town of de municipality
Ferwerderadeel and is known for it's disciplined eonstruction and it's spire steeple.
The youngsters of Hallum welcomed our photohrapher with enthousiasm and begged him
to be shown in "Fen Fryske Groun" too. Which could hardly be refused. So in procession
we walked to the small bridge of the Achterwal. Posing as a group, paying attention for a
moment and the fervid wish is fulfilled."
